    Note: No booking will be accepted without the deposit including VAT.
    25% deposit due immediately on receipt of invoice. Full pre-payment required 90 days prior to the event.
    Failure to pay by the due date will result in your stand being re-allocated to another exhibitor with no refund of amounts paid.
